2. Event Participation

Attendance at the Event is voluntary and at your own risk. By entering the venue, you agree to comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, and venue policies.

The Event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for disruptive behavior, harassment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Removal does not entitle the individual to a refund.

3. Dealer and Vendor Responsibilities

Dealers and vendors (“Dealers”) participating in the Event agree to:

  • Display only legal and authentic merchandise

  • Clearly identify altered, reprinted, or graded items

  • Maintain a professional booth setup

  • Remain set up for the full duration of the Event unless otherwise approved

  • Comply with all venue rules, fire codes, and local regulations

  • Accept full responsibility for their inventory, equipment, and personal property

Dealers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. The Event does not provide tax guidance or reporting.

The Event may remove any Dealer who violates these terms without refund.

4. Sales, Authenticity, and Transactions

All sales, trades, and transactions conducted at the Event are strictly between the buyer and seller. The Event and its organizers:

  • Do not guarantee authenticity, condition, or value of any item

  • Are not responsible for disputes between attendees and dealers

  • Do not mediate or participate in any transaction-related issues

Attendees and Dealers assume full responsibility for verifying the authenticity and condition of items before completing a transaction.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • You assume all risks associated with attendance

  • The Event, its organizers, venue, staff, and vendors are not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the Event

This includes, but is not limited to, slips, falls, theft, loss, or damage to personal items.

6. Photography and Media Consent

Photography and video may be taken at the Event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in such media without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify Event staff upon arrival.

7. Ticket Sales, Table Reservations, and Refunds

All ticket purchases, dealer table reservations, and fees are final and non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No‑shows

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Weather conditions

  • Dissatisfaction with the Event

  • Removal due to violation of Event rules

If the Event is postponed or canceled, the organizers may issue refunds or credits at their discretion.

8. Website Purchases and Payment Processing

Payment information submitted through this website is processed securely by third‑party payment providers. The Event does not store or retain full payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment processor used at checkout.

9. Privacy

10. Code of Conduct

All attendees and Dealers must maintain a respectful and safe environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

  • Theft or attempted theft

  • Unauthorized selling outside designated dealer tables

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior

Violations may result in removal without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

The Event may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
